Generally speaking, the customization of product color depends on the material used and the surface treatment. According to their different characteristics, we briefly introduce the following 6 ways:
Plastic Surface
The plastic here usually refers to ABS, PP or other materials. You need to provide the Pantone color to customize the plastic color.
Silicone Surface
Customization of silicone color is generally based on the international Pantone Color, you need to provide the Pantone Number to customize the silicone color.
Aluminum Surface
The coloring of aluminum tubes is mainly achieved by anodizing, we can provide different colors for your choice.
Oil Spraying / Paints Baking
They are both methods & processes for coating the surface of industrial products. Baking paint requires more processes and costs than oil spraying, and the product looks brighter.

- Not all the products color can be customized at will, it’s based on the related molds situation and the product material itself (for example, jade).
- The customization of product color involves various technological processes, we need you provide Pantone number or actual samples to confirm the color you want.
- Customization of accessories often has a longer lead time because it involves customization of auxiliary materials, molds and production arrangements, etc., which takes more time and labor.

What is your MOQ for product color customization?
Generally speaking, the MOQ is 1000~3000pcs for product color customization, mainly based on the different product itself. Sometimes, a small quantity is also available with an extra cost charged.
What is your MOQ for accessories customization?
This is based on the accessory itself and the auxiliary materials’ MOQ. For example, if you want to customize the brush head of one facial cleansing brush, the MOQ may be 3000pcs with a different color, or 10,000pcs with different diameter bristles.
Another example is if you want to customize a certain wavelength LED light head for one photon therapy machine, the MOQ may only be 100~500pcs if the LED beads are easy to be found on the market.

Can I get one sample with customized product color or accessory?
Yes, we will make customized samples for confirmation, and you may need to pay the sample charge if necessary, which will be returned once your bulk order confirmed.
How long can you finish the customized sample?
For product color customization, normally it needs 7~10 days after all details confirmed.
For accessories customization, it usually takes a longer time, based on the auxiliary materials, tooling, or production scheduling, etc.
