Logo Printing Methods
There are many ways to print a logo, and we can provide you with the right solution based on the product material, the package, the MOQ, and your budget.
For plastic, rubber, and silicone materials
The most common method for this type of material is screen printing. For small orders, this is a cost-effective solution.
For larger orders, pad printing is faster and more cost-effective. Logos can be printed in single or multi-color as required, the latter is more complex and expensive.
For wood, jade, and metal materials
For these hard materials, laser marking is a common method in addition to screen printing. Laser carving produces a deeper logo and does not fade permanently.
However, the logo produced in this way is generally a single color, depending on the material color of the product.
For textile and leather materials
These two materials are often used in body massage products and beauty tools packaging.
For textile materials, you can consider screen printing and heat transfer printing, or adding a woven label to show your logo. Alternatively, you can choose embroidery to give your product the appearance of being handmade..
For glass material
Glass is also a very common material in the beauty tool package industry. The logo is usually made by screen printing or appliquéd.
Logo Printing Process
To ensure that we provide you with a perfect logo printing service, we will follow the following steps to complete the entire process. Of course, we will provide a logo printing sample for confirmation if your logo is complex.
Please provide your logo printing file, including the Pantone color you want, we prefer it to be in AI form.
We will check and provide the logo printing effect picture, showing the logo position, size, color, and other details.
You confirm the effect picture or ask for revision, until we both accept.
We will make a sample for your confirmation if necessary, or arrange the mass production for you directly.
Notes & Reminders
Based on our experience, the following content is what we would like to suggest to you before making a logo printing on one product.
- The content of your logo should not be too much, preferably a few letters or simple characters. Since many products in our industry have similar round surfaces or handles, the print size of the logo is limited actually.
- It is best not to have too complicated patterns or too thin lines in your logo, both of which are not easy to be printed clearly.
- If your brand is a monogram, please try to keep it short. A too-long LOGO will be easily deformed during the printing process.
- On a curved surface, one deformed logo will appear that the letters in the middle and the two ends are not on the same horizontal line, which looks unsightly.
- For small and medium-sized brand enterprises, it is best not to have more than two colors of logo printing. In terms of production time and cost, two or more colors printing will increase working hours and costs.
- Try to avoid the logo with overprint, some factories will directly reject it. We do not recommend the overprinted logo to be printed on products, it will look very bad once the worker prints slightly wrong.
- Please remember to provide your logo in AI form files, which are suitable for all 3 printing methods and acceptable to all processes.
FAQ
What is your MOQ for the logo printing?
Our MOQ is determined by different products. Generally speaking, the MOQ of screen printing and pad printing is 500~1000, and the MOQ of laser engraving will be less, but it also depends on the material and surface treatment of the product.
I have only a JPEG picture for my logo, is that acceptable to you?
We prefer you provide an AI form file (with created outlines), this will be much easy for the subsequent work. If your logo is simple with only a few letters, and you can advise the font, we may help to make an AI file.
Will you adjust my file before making logo printing?
We will scale your file to fit the logo printing needs. If a letter or some lines are too small to be printed clearly, we will communicate with you in advance. For example, ® or ™ in the upper right corner of your brand.
Don’t worry, we will never make unauthorized changes to your file.
Can I print a gradient logo on the product?
Sorry, gradient logo is not available by these 3 logo printing methods. You need to provide a Pantone No. of the logo printing color you want.
Can I specify the location of the silkscreen on the product?
You can advise the logo printing position on the product you prefer, we will check and let you know the feasibility. If not available, we will provide some other suitable positions for your option.
Can I have a logo printing sample before mass production?
Yes, we can make a logo printing sample for your checking, you need to spend some extra cost, which can be refunded after your bulk order confirmed.
However, we suggest you take a standard sample to test the quality if you did not purchase it before. If you find out that the product is not what you want after getting the logo printing sample, you will have a loss that the extra cost would not be refunded.
