Of all the Chinese suppliers I have dealt with over the last 10 years or so, ROSEORCHID has been by far the most responsive.

They are very efficient and when I tell them I have some ideas they always get back to me very quickly, sometimes finding samples for me directly from the market, which is rare with other suppliers.

They helped me find some of the products I wanted and solved some logistical problems. I feel it's easy to do business with them!

We have been working with ROSEORCHID for almost 7 years and we think they are a responsible company. I remember there was a quality complaint in early 2020 and they were quick to answer how to fix it, and then the matter was resolved in one or two months. Now we are still ordering that product.
